Subscription terms

These terms cover ClearIQ Pro. They sit alongside our Terms of use.

Plans and prices

• Pro, yearly: $59.99 charged when you sign up, then $59.99 every year.
• Pro, monthly: $1.99 when you sign up for a 7-day trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, $19.99 is charged then and every month after.
• This result only: $29.99 once. This is not a subscription and never renews.

Prices are in US dollars and include any tax we're required to collect, unless the checkout page shows otherwise.

Automatic renewal

Pro plans renew automatically at the end of each period, using the payment method you gave us, until you cancel. You agree to this by ticking the renewal box at checkout. The charge appears on your statement as CLEARIQTEST.COM.

Reminders

• We email you 3 days before a trial ends.
• For yearly plans, we email you before each renewal.
• We email a receipt for every charge.

How to cancel

Sign in, open your account page and press Cancel subscription. That's it: no call, no email, no survey. You'll get a confirmation email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you cancel during a trial, you won't be charged the full price at all.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email support@cleariqtest.com within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it in full. See the refund policy.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next charge at the new price, so you can cancel first if you like.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it over a few days and email you. You keep access while we retry. If it still fails, your plan ends.
